We’re challenging HMRC over its claim that it can’t publish the names of employers given more than £4 billion of furlough support during Covid-19.

HMRC says it can’t share these for legal reasons - but we think its covering legislation permits it to do so, and the UK should follow the US’s lead in publishing the businesses given furlough grants.
